An exhibition will run alongside the AHMTEC 2025 conference programme. The opening cocktail reception will be held amongst the exhibitors as well as tea and coffee breaks and lunches.

There are two sizes of exhibition stand:

• Exhibition Stand – 3m x 3m
• Exhibition Booth – 3m x 1m

The Exhibition STANDS are made using standard shell scheme and the standard package that is available is as follows:

• Shell Scheme measuring 3m x 3m
• Fascia board with lettering
• Strip lighting placed behind the fascia board
• 1x plug point
• 4x cocktail stools
• 2x cocktail tables

The cost of this standard package is USD 5000

This package includes TWO (2) delegate registration as well as all the items listed above.

The Exhibition booths are made using standard shell scheme and the standard package that is available is as follows:

• Shell Scheme measuring 3m x 1m
• Fascia board with lettering
• Strip lighting placed behind the fascia board
• 1x plug point
• 2x cocktail stools
• 1x cocktail table

The cost of this standard package is USD 3000

This package includes ONE (1) delegate registration as well as all the items listed above.

Should you require assistance with branding your display booth walls separate quotations will be available.

Television screens can be hired and mounted to the stand walls at an additional price.
